Processing & Handling Time
All orders are made to order and sent into production at 11:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on the day the order is placed. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Economy (USA only): 4-8 business days

  • Standard (Worldwide): 2-5 business days (USA), 10-30 business days (International)

  • Express (USA only): 2-3 business days

  • FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 1-2 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address error is noticed after placing an order, contact us immediately.

Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns, as all items are made to order. However, exceptions will be made for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive an item that falls under these exceptions, please contact our support team via the chat box on our website within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
